Pre-Sale Terms + Conditions:

By entering into the Joliette Pre-Sale Event, you hereby confirm that you wish to purchase items before they have arrived in Canada. You understand that items are currently located in France and that you are making this purchase site unseen. The items may have signs of wear consistent with age, chips, or cracks that do not impact the functionality of the items.

Refunds + Returns:
Please note that these items are final sale and any refunds will be issued at Joliette’s discretion. If you’re unsure about these terms, please reconsider a purchase from our Pre-Sale collection at this time. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to tresjoliette@gmail.com. 

Shipping:
Please note that prices do not include shipping fees. Local pick up at our Pickering location is free. For items that are listed as "local pick up preferred", we recommend that you contact us prior to purchase to discuss shipping options.

Estimated time of Arrival:

Items are estimated to arrive in Canada by the end of August. Please note that we are not responsible for delays in the shipping of the container as it is beyond our control. No refunds are applied for delays in the container shipment.

Discounts:
Please note discounts cannot be applied to this collection (including trade discounts).
