antique French Louis XVI style walnut and green marble nightstand

We love the impressive scale of this antique French piece, made even more luxurious by the carved column and molding details, gorgeous green marble top, gilt ormolu mounts, ornate original hardware, brass feet and porcelain-lined compartment (that would have once held a gentleman’s cigars!) 

In wonderful antique condition and beautifully preserved.
