Shipping and Local pickup

We ship internationally! We use multiple carriers including Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, Canpar, and DHL. 

For large items where it is indicated in the item description "local pick up preferred", please contact us at jolietteshipping@gmail.com to obtain a shipping quote. Please consider obtaining a quote prior to purchasing a large item as we do not provide refunds.

We offer free local pick up at our Pickering location only. Please note that items that have not been picked up in 30 days from the order date will be deemed abandoned. A refund will not be issued.
