Shipping policy

We strive to process all orders within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Our items are shipped with Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canpar, and other local providers. 

Shipping Large Items

Items that are too large/heavy/bulky for a standard carrier will have "local pick up preferred" indicated in the item listing. We encourage you to obtain a shipping quote for these items prior to making a purchase to avoid any surprises. To obtain a shipping quote, please contact us at jolietteshipping@gmail.com with the item(s) you would like shipped as well as your full address. We will respond to your message as soon as possible. 

All items are final sale. Items purchased prior to receiving a shipping quote are final sale.

Local Pick up

We offer free local pick up at our shop, located at 1019 Toy Ave, unit 105 in Pickering, Ontario L1W 3N9. You can select this option at checkout. We will contact you to arrange a pick up time or if you have any questions, please contact us at jolietteshipping@gmail.com.

If selecting local pick up, we can hold your order for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, your order will be deemed abandoned. A refund will not be issued.

Storage Fees

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase if you would like your order held for more than 30 days. If approved, there is a storage fee of $100 CAD each 30 days that will be invoiced to you by email. The invoice must be paid within 5 business days of being sent. If not paid, the order will be deemed abandoned and a refund will not be issued.

Local Delivery

Joliette offers local delivery at a cost. For small items, you may select "local delivery" at checkout and the cost will be provided to you. For larger items which are marked as "local pick up preferred", please contact us at jolietteshipping@gmail.com to obtain a quote.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally! We recommend obtaining a shipping quote for any large items prior to purchase.

Can I combine shipping for multiple purchases?

Maybe. Depending on the size and weight of each item, it may or may not be possible to put all items into one box. We do our best to consolidate items and we take the utmost care to ensure items arrive safely.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns and we do not offer exchanges. Please see our return policy page for more information.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees are outside of Joliette's control and are not included in the purchase price.  Unclaimed packages due to unpaid duties will not be refunded.

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us within 30 days at jolietteshipping@gmail.com and include pictures of the damage. We will work with you to make this right.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with inquiries received more than 30 days after the delivery date of the package.
