antique french transferware soupière "moselle"

What we love about antique French ironstone is the incredible heirloom quality of each piece, and timeless transferware designs.

This gorgeous ironstone soupière from French manufacturer Longwy is in the Moselle pattern, and it features a sweet floral garland and laurel wreath motif in a rarely seen pink and green colour way.

The underside features is a hallmark that was in use during the 1920s.

We think it makes a stunning addition to a kitchen hutch, an incredible centre piece filled with flowers, or use as intended.

In very good antique condition with only slight wear to exterior lid as pictured.
