These silver dishes circa 1930 by Ercuis France Argenterie are engraved with "aux galeries lafayette"—the oldest department store in France, and the Haussmann Paris flagship store is one of the most visited tourist spots in Paris outside of the Eiffel Tower. These silver plated serving plates once were used in the tea room of the Paris flagship. The pair includes a footed cake pedestal and a matching petite plate. We love the beautiful silver hallmarks on the underside or the dishes. Sourced from a brocante in Aix-en-Provence.
Dimensions: pedestal - 7.5"
