You know how much we love antique french transferware, and that's why this porcelain tile with hand painted stunning birds and flora mounted in a carved wood base is our new obsession. This beauty is known as a "sous plat" which translates to "under plate" or pot holder. While it can certainly be used for that purpose, we think they make a gorgeous pedestal for pillar candles, a vase with a flower arrangement, or a very special jewelry tray.
