We love these French bowls, that were often referred to as "Faiselle" ceramic cheese strainers.

Faiselle is the ancestor of "fromage frais" and was made by curdling unpasteurized milk and then straining it.

Handmade of salt glazed terracotta, it shows gorgeous craftsmanship and a lovely sheen to its glaze.

We think it would make a beautiful berry bowl, perfect for all your seasonal fruit.
