A rare 1949 book titled Matisse: Dessins, edited and with an introduction by Maurice Malingue. This book of drawings and sketches by Henri Matisse was published in 1949 as the first installment in the Dessins des Grands Maitres series by Éditions des Deux Mondes of Paris. The book has French-language text and was sourced from a brocante in Marseille. 

Please note these books are photographed with  dust jackets on them with black typography. The hard cover of the book has green typography. Sold individually.
