A 34-piece silverplate service in the Louis XV rococo pattern — 11 dinner knives with hollow silver handles and stainless steel blades, 11 dinner forks, and 12 spoons, all in matching scrollwork and acanthus with cartouche terminals. Produced in the Soviet era by a state silverplate manufacturer, marked with the Soviet grade oval and Cyrillic maker's stamp. The pattern is elaborate and the silverplate substantial — these are heavy, well-made pieces that table beautifully. Sourced from a brocante in Marseille.
