These rare types of prints are known "Pochoir" (French for "stencil") which is a type of screen printing in which the outlines of the design are produced first, then brilliant color is hand-applied through a series of stencils.

Pochoirs were used in fashion, patterns, wallpaper, architectural design, and book illustration.

This framed and matted piece is behind glass. Signed by the artist, Edouard Halouze. Note that the hardware to hang this piece is on the wrong side of the frame.
