These round cache-clous were sourced from brocantes across the South of France, once used to conceal or decorate the nail heads that held art or mirrors in place. Less common than the bow-shaped versions, these circular cache-clous were traditionally crafted by hand, giving each one its own subtle contours and beautifully aged finish.
