Saint-Uze is a commune located in the Drôme department in southeastern France. It's known for its Saint-Uze pottery, which has a long history dating back to the Roman times. The village has been a center for pottery production since the 16th century.  The pottery tradition continues to be an important part of the local economy and cultural heritage.

This exquisite porcelain "pot à lait" which translates to "milk pot" is in a classic blue and white combination. This pot may originally have had a lid. Today, this piece is beautifully decorative and looks beautiful filled with fresh flowers! Or repurpose to hood your kitchen utensils! Sourced from an estate in Aix-en-Provence. Please note the signs of wear and use, consistent with age.
