An original hand coloured print from the 1930s of a work by Serge Ivanhoff, created in Paris 1915. Serge Ivanoff (1893–1983) was a Russian-born French painter known for his portraits, landscapes, and genre scenes. He studied at the School of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg and later moved to France, where he continued his art education at the Académie Julian. He gained recognition for his portraits of notable figures, including politicians, artists, and intellectuals. His style is marked by a blend of realism and impressionism, with a focus on detailed brushwork and a rich color palette.
