This was one of those heart-stopping, unicorn finds—an incredibly rare and beautifully preserved 19th century French Onnaing ironstone canister set, in the “Delft” pattern. 

Onnaing Faïencerie was actively in production from 1821-1938, and in that time was known for its unique and exotic majolica pieces—so to find a canister set like this is truly once in a lifetime. 

Incredibly preserved for its age, yet full of gorgeous signs of aging that make this collection truly one of a kind. Please note these signs as pictured. 

Sourced from a farmhouse in the Loire Valley.
