In 1825 French chemist Jean-Pierre-Joseph D’Arce created the pastille Vichy: mineral salts from the Vichy waters and mint aromas. It was sold in these classic tins which today are both highly collected beautiful decor accents. Sourced from a brocante in Marseille.
