These late 19th century/turn of the century Louis XV style carved walnut chairs are truly special—and it’s not just because of their incredible heirloom construction. Remarkably, they still have their original Aubusson tapestry upholstery and passementerie trim, along with original gorgeous raw silk fabric on the reverse seat back. 

With their classic shape, incredible carved walnut frame and gorgeous patina, they feel as though they were just plucked from the great room of a grand old French chateau.

While they have been well preserved and still retain their original seat construction, there are some signs of wear to the fabric as shown. Pricing reflects.
