Over a private one-hour WhatsApp video session, you will shop in real time as we guide you through:

This is direct access to pieces that rarely reach retail.
Session Times (EST)
Each session is a private one-hour block:
Session 1: 3:00am–4:00am EST (12:00am–1:00am PST)
Session 2: 4:15am–5:15am EST (1:30am–2:30am PST)
Session 3: 5:30am–6:30am EST (2:45am–3:45am PST)
(Occurs early morning in France when fresh inventory appears.)
Only one client per session.
Nine total sessions across three days.

Retainer Policy
To purchase on your behalf, a retainer is required based on your intended spending.
Minimum: €500
Higher anticipated budgets require higher retainers.
Retainers are fully applied to your purchases.
Top-ups may be arranged during your session.
Purchases are made within the confirmed retainer amount.

Final invoices are issued after the market for purchases, packing, and shipping.
All balances must be paid before shipment is released.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
If your spot is filled from the waitlist, the remaining session balance (minus deposit) will be refunded.
Retainers are refunded only if no purchases are made. Any unused retainer balance is returned.
After booking, we will personally contact you to discuss your wish list, budget, and sourcing direction before market day.
Joliette proudly offers international shipping for French antiques and vintage European home décor. We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, Canpar, and DHL to deliver your unique finds worldwide.
Customers located in the USA can expect tariffs upon delivery of your order. Please note these rates are collected by the US government and are not imposed by Joliette. We cannot control these costs nor can we estimate them.
For oversized or fragile pieces marked as “local pick up preferred” in the item description, please contact jolietteshipping@gmail.com before purchasing to obtain a shipping quote. Please note that we do not provide refunds for large items. All sales are final.
We also offer free local pickup at our Pickering, Ontario location, simply select “local pickup” at checkout. Items not collected within 30 days of your order date will be considered abandoned, and refunds will not be issued.
